Job Description
The Service Technician provides technical assistance and guidance to production, customer support, field service, and engineering teams. This role involves performing service, troubleshooting, and repair activities on complex electro-mechanical systems and system subassemblies used in advanced medical equipment.
ResponsibilitiesProvide technical assistance and guidance to various teams.Perform service, troubleshooting, and repair activities on electro-mechanical systems.Assemble and disassemble equipment as required.Conduct diagnostics and repairs, ensuring documentation is maintained meticulously.Work with electrical and mechanical components using hand tools, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment.Essential SkillsProficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.Experience with hand tools, multimeters, torque drivers, and oscilloscopes.Ability to read and follow work instructions accurately.Experience working with SAP, Salesforce, and Trackwise systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in electromechanical device repair and servicing.High attention to detail is required.Ability to diagnose and repair equipment, which may take between 4 to 30 hours per device.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
