Job Title: Hardware Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented electrical & mechanically Hardware Technician to join our team. This role involves hands-on work with mechanical and electrical components, supporting the build and test of high-reliability systems, including spacecraft assemblies. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of assembly operations including material preparation, mechanical/electrical assembly, staking, torqueing, and lifting/moving components.Troubleshoot and tune assemblies, perform alignment checks, calibrations, and part modifications as directed.Interpret engineering drawings and follow written or verbal instructions accurately.Maintain accurate electronic and paper documentation for builds, inventory, and reports in compliance with company policies.Support testing activities from fixtures and sub-assemblies to full spacecraft systems.Maintain a consistent and reliable work schedule.Perform additional duties as assigned.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical or electrical assembly.Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools and working with small assemblies.Familiarity with mechanical/electronic assemblies, cabling, and equipment maintenance.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.Basic math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.U.S. Citizenship requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience with composite materials and precision mechanical assemblies.Familiarity with MES platforms and electronic documentation systems.IPC/WHMA-A-620 J-Standard Certification.Experience working in cleanroom environments and with torque tools.Background in high-reliability or aerospace manufacturing environments.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
