Duties and tasks related to the Technician role include:

Being responsible for carrying out any required engineering or maintenance tasksPerforming repairs and maintenance in guest bedrooms, public and back of house areas, ensuring they are maintained to a high level and exceed guest expectationsConducting general repairs and maintenance including electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, fire protection, carpentry, and plumbing, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and compliant with required standards and safety regulationsCompleting planned preventive maintenance within the plant rooms, bedrooms and public areasRegularly inspect the entire building with particular attention to safety features and to monitor the condition of all operating equipmentWorking closely with the security departing in overseeing Health Safety
