Bosch improves quality of life worldwide with innovative products and services that are “Invented for life" and spark enthusiasm. **Job Description** Responsible for testing actuation and/or foundation brake products and components, building prototype samples and supporting Continuous Improvement Processes Establish work plan with Supervisor and implement plan to set-up. Complete testing on time and within established reasonable expectations Utilize electronic data collection software Follow test procedures and accurately document test results and recorded observations Communicate effectively with Product Engineers to ensure testing is completed as expected Actively participate in continuous improvement of the Lab facilities, test equipment and processes Identify product and equipment abnormalities Follow through on issues until resolved **Qualifications** Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Knowledgeable user of Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint) Four (4) years experience in a lab environment Read and understand test instructions and drawings Strong communication and team skills Desired: Associates degree Automotive lab background Familiarity with CIP and IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 Experience interfacing data acquisition test equipment and software (e.g. DaisyLab, Lab View, etc…) Basic machine shop skills (lathe, mill, general fabrication) **Additional Information** All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
