**Job Title: Vision Systems Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a Vision Systems Technician to join our team, with expertise in standalone vision controllers and PC-based inspection systems. This role offers competitive hourly rates and shift premiums for second and third shifts. The technician will work standard eight-hour shifts with rotating weekends, providing essential support in maintaining and troubleshooting vision systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities** + Utilize experience with Omron or Keyence stand-alone vision controllers. + Troubleshoot vision systems, including I/O boards, encoders, and light controllers. + Perform root cause analysis and incident response documentation. + Adapt to and troubleshoot challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. + Interpret and modify control system documentation. + Maintain familiarity with machine maintenance procedures. + Provide electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. + Understand and apply inspection logic and flow. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). + Three years of experience with vision inspection software. + Experience with automation systems and HMI interfaces. + Familiarity with relay logic and control components like photo eyes and limit switches. + Basic understanding of motion systems such as servo drives and frequency inverters. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Problem-solving and analytical skills. + Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. + Experience with blueprint and schematic reading. + Strong preventive maintenance skills. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy fully company-paid medical benefits, 17 paid holidays in 2025, and three weeks of vacation. The company offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. This means that no funds are deducted from an employees’ paycheck for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Benefits start the first of the month from when you start.
