REQ13325 Technician, Property Services - Limassol (Open)

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Technician, Property Services is responsible to repair and maintenance services ensuring the equipment, system and plants achieve its best condition. Maintain the functionality of all life safety equipment in place and ready to operate at all times.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

According to the established schedule, achieves high quality services, repairs and maintains works efficientlyMaintains and operates assigned machines/ equipment or 'Primary Plant', in order to provide continuous and consistent utilities required for operationsHandles the verification, storage and utilization of all tool/material/parts to maintain the equipment, system and plant as per the established policy and proceduresImmediately reports to superiors for difficulties encountered in completing jobsMaintains and ensures all tools and equipment are in good order at all timesProjects good grooming standards when dealing with customersAdheres to all company policies and proceduresReports accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to superiors and relevant departmentsPerforms other reasonable job duties as assigned by superiors from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:  

1 - 2 years working experience in a hotel or in a similar capacity

Education:  

Secondary school certificate in Electrical, Building Services, Mechanical or other rated discipline, or equivalent professional training is preferredCandidates without any trade certificates but with solid experience will also be considered

Skills/Competencies:  

Able to read and communicate in Greek and able to speak English is preferredGood technical knowledge of various central plant, E&M systems and equipmentHolding of valid Macau Construction Industry Safety Card is an advantagePerform other duties as and when required very last minute and at time of emergencyIndependent and able to work with minimal supervisionFrequently/Occasional ascending or descending ladders and/or ramps and ability to work in high rise siteAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basisAbility to work on overtime when neededGood health, physically fit and excellence in personal grooming and presentation
