Job Summary:                                                                  

特灵科技公司研发中实验室招聘技师。这个职位的主要职责是测试以下产品及部件的性能。这项工作需要按照相关标准及方法对样品进行测试，解决30%在测试过程中遇到的问题，排除故障，并与其它实验室成员协作，保证测试任务的按时交付。

产品包括：风冷冷水（热泵）机组、水冷冷水（热泵）机组、屋顶机、多联机、水（地）源热泵、运输空调、空调箱、风机盘管、压缩机、风机、电加热及燃气等。

Responsibilities:              

保证自己及所在工作场所人员安全。独立完成相应的测试任务。在更有经验的实验室人员带领下完成测试流程制定。在更有经验的实验室人员带领下对测试设备的管理、建造、升级、故障诊断及必要的维修。配合实验室人员对测试辅助设备及测试相关的仪器仪表故障诊断及必要的维修。在更有经验的实验室人员带领下对测试设备的标定工作。配合实验室人员完成对样机的改造任务。积极参加改善活动。积极参加创新活动。积极参与培训测试人员。

Qualifications:     

大专以上学历，制冷、电气、自动化、计算机、机械相关专业。熟练掌握Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT等办工软件。基本的英语读写说能力。持有电工操作证，会焊接优先。

Key Competencies:

•      有一定的电气、机械相关的知识。

能够读懂中英文版本的测试设备、辅助测试设备、相关仪器仪表及被测机组的系统图以及操作手册等相关资料。较强的学习能力，能够对遇到的问题做总结和分析。适应快节奏和高强度的测试任务。了解1种以上所列机组的测试设备、辅助测试设备及相关仪器仪表的原理和操作优先。了解1种以上所列机组或当前从事产品的测试标准优先。具备编程能力优先。良好的团队合作精神。
