Job Responsibilities :

This position is tasked with the design, development, implementation, and monitoring of training programs, documentation and workflows that meet or exceed customer requirements. This role will design, develop, and deliver effective and engaging classroom-based and virtual training in support of business objectives. The position will also independently plan, develop, and release timely, accurate and high-quality documentation and workflows.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Writer & Trainer Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the creation, organization, and maintenance of technical documentation and training materials for our products and services, including content related to AI-powered features and tools. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their technical writing and training skills while gaining exposure to AI, automation, and fintech technologies. The internship duration is 6 months, with flexibility to accommodate a 3- or 4-month placement if required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting user manuals, guides, and other technical documentation.

- Support the development of training materials, including tutorials, presentations, and e-learning modules, for both internal and external audiences.

- Collaborate closely with senior technical writers, engineers, and product managers to gather information and ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all documentation.

- Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to help refine and improve existing documentation and training resources.

- Organize, maintain, and manage content within the documentation management system, ensuring easy accessibility and consistency.

- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to improve documentation standards and training processes.

- Shadow senior team members to gain hands-on exposure to technical writing and training practices within a payment gateway environment.

Pre-Requisites :

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.

- Basic understanding of technical concepts; exposure to fintech or payment processing is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Confluence, Jira) and training or design tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, Adobe Captivate) is a plus but not required.

- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Strong willingness to learn, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
