Job Description Our client is actively seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join their growing team. This candidate will be embedded within the organization's security team, working closely with stakeholders to create and manage documentation related to Policies, standards, and SOPs. The ideal candidate comes to this position with over 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer, with hands-on experience working with stakeholders in the security space. The Technical Writer will concentrate their time on Policy Planning and Design but will also assist in delivering results in the sections/branches core responsibilities. Skills and Requirements 5 years of Technical Writing experience. 2-4 years in the information security field. 3 years’ experience writing information technology policies, standards, and standard operating procedures. Experience in scheduling and facilitating meetings with stakeholders. NIST, CIS, PCI DSS framework knowledge. 5-10 years of experience with advanced Microsoft tools Security + or other leading nationally recognized information security certifications.
