Engineer – Technical Communication:

We are currently in search of an experienced Technical Writer who will drive Service Procedure Documentation for Molecular Imaging-based product.

Key expectations of the role:

Work in close coordination with technical teams, product and project management for planning and delivery Regular reporting to stakeholders on status, risks and issues Authoring:Revise existing procedures assigned for sustaining product lines.Author new service procedures for both hardware and software.Provide feedback to development teams on service features.Reviewing:Review and signoff for new and revised content.Carry out performance verifications on locally available systems.Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements. Complete and maintain required quality system records for technical documentation

What are we looking for?

Engineering Graduate or any equivalent degree4-6 Yrs of industry experience with technical writingExpertise in technical documentation (analysis, concept, design).Knowledge of content management systems, authoring tools, graphic tools, documentation standards and rulesKnowledge of tools like Cosima is added advantageFamiliarity with understanding of XML files and the use of XSD filesExcellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skillsAbility to work as an individual contributor and take ownershipSeeks opportunities to increase product knowledgeExperience working with global team and flexible to work across partner time zones to suit work requirementMedical Imaging and Healthcare domain knowledge is preferred
