Responsible for developing, standardizing, and managing technical documentation and business processes in support of Department of Defense (DoD) programs across classified and unclassified environments.
RequirementsActive TS/SCI clearance with willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph
Master’s degree in Business, Business Management (AACSB, ACBSP, or IACBE accredited), or Engineering (ABET accredited)
10+ years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD) experience
Minimum 4 years of experience supporting SAP and/or SCI environments within the past 5 years
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
Preferred SkillsProficiency with Atlassian tools, including Confluence and Jira
Experience in workflow management, communications, and business process optimization
Strong background in DoD program management support
ResponsibilitiesCapture, standardize, and manage technical, operational, and procedural documentation
Develop business processes and ensure compliance with DoD standards
Support system lifecycle documentation for classified and unclassified programs
Transform complex processes into actionable content for diverse audiences (military, civilian, contractor)
Provide expert-level documentation and process development in SAP and SCI environments
Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
