This role involves creating clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for complex technical products and services in the telecommunications space. The ideal candidate will have experience translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation for both internal teams and external customers. This person should be located in the GTA ideally, and can work remotely for the duration of their contract. Skills and Requirements - 2+ years of experience in technical writing (telecommunications or technology preferred) - Strong knowledge of APIs and ability to manage API documentation - Familiarity with UI platforms and usability documentation - Ability to review and improve documentation written by non-technical contributors - Experience with Postman, SQL, and Decisions platform (UI) - Telco-specific software knowledge - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Highly detail-oriented and organized - Experience with cloud technologies and agile methodologies. - Familiarity with telecommunications technologies (5G, VoIP, network protocols). - Knowledge of UX principles and visual design tools (Visio, Lucidchart). - Bilingual (French) capabilities. - Basic programming knowledge.
