Job Description An Aerospace company in the Cincinnati, OH area is seeking a Technical Writer to join their team to support the development of white papers and quality documentation for global manufacturing initiatives. This role involves creating structured, factual documents for both corporate-level policies and site-level implementation. Projects will include Software Quality Assurance for third-party design software, machine verification (e.g., Renishaw Ballbar), procurement & commissioning standards, etc. Additional deliverables include: -Draft, edit, and publish 30 white papers and quality documents across multiple projects -Work with technical process owners and translate technical requirements to more generic quality requirements -Work with multiple, global repair sites to co-author and vet policies prior to approval by Quality -Work with corporate leadership to align on requirements and approvals -Interface with site-level teams to ensure compliance with local quality system templates - Maintain clarity, accuracy, and consistency in technical documents - Support creation of workflows, checklists, and structured templates as needed We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
