Gathers information, interviews subject matt er experts, and conducts other research in order to convey technical material in a concise and effective manner. Responsibilities: + Collaborate with Program Manager, inspection teams, and subject matt er experts to gather technical details + Conduct independent research on industry standards and product specifications + Create user whitepapers, design specification, technical reports and the like + Organize and structure content being able to follow both customer templates and program needs + Develop templates and documentation frameworks to maintain consistency + Document management and version control using tools such as Confluence, SharePoint and other online tools + Adapt writing style and complexity based on the target audience + Ensure compliance and standards adherence + Work closely with product managers, developers, QA teams and support teams to align documentation with product updates Qualifications: Required: + Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, journalism, or other relevant technical fi elds + 5+ years of related work experience + As a substitute for education the candidate must have four years of industry experience as an effective technical writer. + Strong writing, researching, and creating content + Ability to understand and explain complex technical + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker) + Excellent organizational and time management skills + Strong attention to detail - **________________________________________________________________________________________** **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
