Job Description

The Technical Writer will be responsible for digitizing 200 different preventative maintenance forms. This involves bringing in assets or vehicles to perform various types of maintenance, such as oil changes, inspections, tire changes, and more. The maintenance procedures vary for different assets globally, with over 200 forms in various formats, including Word and Excel, that technicians need to complete during maintenance tasks. The Technical Writer will manually move these forms to a standardized maintenance format for the internal system, ensuring that every document is centralized and accessible. Each form may include 30-60 steps, requiring meticulous attention to detail and prior experience.

The Technical Writer will work onsite within an office setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
