Our client, a leader in the healthcare technology industry, is seeking a Technical Upgrade Manager to join their team. As a Technical Upgrade Manager, you will be part of the professional services department supporting customer system upgrades. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Technical Upgrade Manager
Location: Remote
Pay rate: $40 hr.
Manage 30+ upgrade projects from pre-work to go-live as the primary point of contact.
Coordinate schedules, requirements, and training for customer upgrades while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve upgrade-related issues.
Maintain accurate project documentation, databases, and reporting tools.
Conduct in-service training sessions, including webinars, to support successful upgrades.
What’s Needed?Minimum 3 years of project management experience in healthcare or IT environments.
Minimum 2 years of experience with enterprise software systems.
Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
