Your day-to-day

Become proficient in our Learning Management System, and perform regular administration tasks in the LMSCompose and deliver outbound email notifications to customers regarding courses, maintenance windows, promotions, and other communications.Support our Authorized Training Partners, including providing access to content and scheduling events.Monitor the Training team email inbox and respond to internal and external requests for informationPlan training delivery schedule, build classes in the LMS, and make any schedule adjustments as neededCreate and keep up to date customer facing Technical Training brochures and promotional materialsPrepare and deliver training completion reports for both internal and external customersManage a case queue and corresponding daily operational tasks, such as student enrollments, account creation, completion reports, etc.

What you bring to the team

Previous experience in a coordinator or project manager roleExperience or exposure working in a learning management systemOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsStrong desire to collaborate, work as a team, and contribute ideas for ongoing improvementDemonstrated proficiency working in enterprise level applicationsExcellent technical and analytical skills, demonstrated high level of accuracy and completionAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentBasic Web skills, ability to make updates to web pages and wikisBonus – familiarity with network security industry and its relevant players and productsWhat you bring to the team
