Just look up. **Are you ready to go beyond?** **What You Will Do:** + Plan, create, coordinate, and deliver highly customized product training programs for each type of inspection performed at CEC. This position will also support and perform / deliver other training, such as, but not limited to CEC Systems training, FOD, SUPS, New Hire training, Engine Familiarization, etc. + Development of training plans, instruction guides, lesson plans, learning objectives, training material, and technical documentation for audiences of various abilities and backgrounds + Obtain information needed to prepare lesson plans, job aids, and test questions + Design and develop course content + Conduct training sessions to audiences of various abilities and backgrounds and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the training activities + Continuously revise lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date **Qualifications You Must Have:** + This position requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) and 10 years of aviation inspection experience + This position requires an active CEC Inspector Certification + PC Skills, including word processing, spreadsheet and graphics software preferred. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
