Where is the work:  

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week in La Crosse, WI.

Job Summary:

Leading L&D programming for the Equipment business stream to support achievement of all Business Goals.  This role will design, create, implement, manage, and measure these programs.   Programming will include role specific content both technical and non-technical and defined experiential learning.    Roles include Commercial Sales Office equipment estimators, project engineers/manager, equipment administrators, and Account Managers.   Programming format will include in-person, live virtual, and asynchronous learning.

What you will do:    

Owning Field Sales Office Development Programs for all roles in the Equipment Business StreamAlignment with Business individual role requirements for skills and competencies Alignment with other internal L&D strategic programs at Business, Regional and Enterprise level.Design and Creation of live and asynchronous learning experiences based on needs analysisMeasurement: Owning and tracking of metrics for this population

What you will bring:  

L&D program development and management experience 3+ years requiredL&D software experience 3+ years preferredL&D related degree and/or certificates preferred.Commercial HVAC business experience preferred.Travel up to 20%

Instructional Design: Proficiency in designing, developing, and implementing learning programs and materials.Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, mentorship, and the ability to inspire and motivate others. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and other educational technologies Event Management: Design and execution of in-person and virtual learning events

Compensation:    

Base Pay Range: Starting at $70,000.
