As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for all aspects of the training process, which involves delivering courses and workshops to channel partners and customers in the APAC region.
As a Technical Trainer, you will have the opportunity to gain expertise in highly specialized data protection products deployed at some of the largest enterprises globally.
The role should be fulfilled by a person who has several years of technical experience with Thales encryption, Authentication, and cybersecurity products, specifically the Data Encryption and Application Security product lines.
Technical Trainers enjoy the benefits of being highly involved in the product roadmap with engineering on one hand, while having real-world exposure to customer implementations.
KRA
The Technical Trainer is in charge of all aspects of technical training for Data Encryption and Application Security in the APAC region.
This includes scheduling courses, managing training resources, delivering courses, and working with customer services and finance for the commercial aspects of the training, as well as collaborating with the channels teams to certify partners.
Mandatory Skills: Skills, Experience, Education, Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Certifications, Language
3-5 years of experience as a technical trainer, technical lead, or customer-facing engineer.
A deep level of technical expertise in Encryption products, IT security, cryptography, and other related areas of knowledge.
Energetic person with good inter-personal communication skills, able to adapt and adjust when faced with a problem.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent presentation skills.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in the IT or cybersecurity field.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent education.
CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional) certification or industry equivalent.
