This role will be located at our headquarters in **St. Ives, Cambridgeshire** with some overseas travel expected. **As a Technical Trainer at Linx, you will:** + Deliver technical training on Linx product installation, fault-finding, and maintenance + Create and update face-to-face and online training content for new product launches + Collaborate on engineering projects to develop training for new products + Measure success through distributor feedback **Critical Success Factors for the Ideal Candidate are:** + Electrical and/or mechanical engineering technical background(and relevant degree, HND/HNC, or relevant industry experience) + Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Technical Trainer + Highly customer focused + Ability to create engaging digital training content + Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time and to work from our office at St Ives.
