Technical Trainer
Job Purpose and Summary

Canon in Beeston is a busy service and refurbishment centre with customers located in several countries.  In this role you will travel frequently to train customers to operate, service and optimize Canon’s semiconductor machines at customer sites. You will be required to work on various kinds of Canon semiconductor equipment and work with customers to train them on production equipment either on site or at our Training Centre.

Interaction with customers is essential in the job so a positive outlook and flexible approach are required. Good presentation skills and speaking to an audience is also essential. You will also: keep up to date on training/service information and write training materials both for customers and for internal employees.

What we ask

        

Minimum HND in Electronics or Electrical EngineeringHigh standard of written and spoken English and numeracy skillsWork experience of several years.Good presentation and public speaking skillsComputer literate with a good competence of standard software including Word, Excel PowerPoint and OutlookGood interpersonal skills and a flexible approachProven employment track recordClean driving licencePrevious training experience

Location: This role is based from our site in Beeston in Nottingham (this role is on site - 5 days per week - Mon- Fri)
