TECHNICAL SUSTAINMENT ANALYST

RiveraTech is Seeking a Technical Sustainment Analyst to join our team in Warner Robins, GA. This role provides essential support to government leadership, focusing o **n** Enterprise Contract Logistics Services (ECLS) equipment inventories and technical analysis. The successful candidate will be pivotal in ensuring the on-time completion of asset transactions, maintaining accurate and current accoun **t** records, and precisely verifying equipment and asset identification by National Stock Number (NSN) or as Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS)/Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) items. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and the effective utilization of the Automated Logistics Management Support System (ALMSS).
**Responsibilities**
**Asset and Inventory Management:**
+ Assisting with the ordering and tracking of replacement items and ensuring the availability of consumable supplies.
+ Conducting and managing inventories, including cycle and special inventories, covering preparation, count processing, and adjusting on-hand balances to reconcile physical stock with accountable records.
+ Performing quality control procedures on auditable documents to ensure correct condition, identity, and tagging of property.
+ Monitoring shelf life assets to prevent deterioration and managing classified, serialized control, and hazardous assets
+ Utilizing ALMSS functions for inventory adjustments, such as (Cycle Inventory Request), (Special Inventory Request), (Reverse Cycle Inventory), and (Identity Change).
+ Executing warehouse validations to verify item location accuracy and ensuring proper bin labels.
+ Processing warehouse change documents and identity changes for property.
+ Maintaining serial number files within ALMSS.
+ Leveraging asset tracking features within ALMSS to research discrepancies and manage transaction history.
**Supply Chain Operations:**
+ Functioning as a Service Provider (SP **)** at the enterprise level for Materiel Management and Warehousing and other Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities for C2ISR weapon systems.
+ Processing customer and Inventory Control Point (ICP) **r** equisitions, status updates, follow-ups, cancellations, modifiers, and local purchase requests through ALMSS.
+ Managing and entering transportation data and monitoring shipment suspense records.
+ Supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) Intransit Control System for transferring material to the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO) for disposal.
+ Processing materiel receipts, including handling partial, shortage, and overage conditions, and managing automatic transfers and serviceable materiel releases.
+ Initiating and preparing reverse post actions to correct erroneously processed transactions or documentation errors.
+ Working withContractor Directed Shipments (CDS), including receipt processing and reverse posting, particularly via the Bonded Stock Reverse Post screen.
**Technical and Analytical Expertise:**
+ Acting as the technical expert on complex and sophisticated systems and Open Architecture (OA) equipment to support procurement, overhaul, and repair processes.
+ Providing specialized information and advice about IT equipment characteristics and properties to stakeholders involved in design, testing, production, procurement, supply, operation, repair, or disposal.
+ Utilizing spreadsheets to track and project future costs for accountable and consumable items.
+ Generating and interpreting a wide array of ALMSS produced reports and listings, such as Reject Suspense Lists, Daily Status Reports, MICAP Reports, Inventory Reports, Excess Reports, and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Reports, for management and operational insights.
+ Managing Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) related to equipment items.
**Qualifications**
+ High School diploma required.
+ AA college degree preferred.
+ Desired IT Hardware, networking and PC operating system troubleshooting skill.
