Technical Support Specialist (Slovak & Czech Language)

The Position

The Opportunity: 

Dealing with support requests and queries received from customers and staff by digital tools, phone, or email that arise before and after system placement for IVD (In vitro diagnostics).

Technical support/configuration/installation/troubleshooting for analytical instruments or systems supplied by Roche using phone and remote connection.

Conducting and Design of Customer and Staff Training

Proper documentation of all activities in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Application activities at the customer’s site, Field Service and Sales Reps support.

Cooperation with colleagues from the international team and responsibility in the implementation of individual projects and goals.

Who you are:

Proficient Czech and/or Slovak language (mandatory)

Higher professional education or university degree preferred technical and medical or related (biological, chemical, biotech)

Work experience with diagnostic instruments and in a medical laboratory is an advantage.

English communication skills- necessary for abroad training sessions/ documentation/ team cooperation

Demonstrating strong listening and communication skills when engaging with people, and being comfortable as part of a team, ability to work under time pressure.

Very good organization skills, with a desire to complete tasks, ensuring you always deliver on your promises.

A self-starter who takes pride in his achievements but equally can overcome setbacks quickly looking for the positive in every situation.

Knowledge of MS Office.

Driving license B.

This is a hybrid role with two office days per week.

For the Bratislava location the salary starts from 1 700 EUR gross / month. For the Prague location, the salary starts from 47 000 CZK / month. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.

For Warsaw - the salary will be discussed on a one to one basis.
