Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Las Vegas, NV.
Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide hands-on IT support across four clinics in the Las Vegas area. This role is critical to ensure smooth technological operations in patient care environments. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, technically skilled, and comfortable working in fast-paced clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site technical support for clinic staff, including doctors and nurses
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops, printers, and network connectivity
* Maintain and update Intune-managed devices
* Support Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
* Assist with basic networking tasks (DHCP, DNS, and IP addressing)
* Use ticketing systems (currently Halo, transitioning to ServiceNow) to manage and track support requests
* Perform occasional hardware moves (monitors, PCs, printers) requiring lifting 15-50 pounds
* Travel between clinics using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
* Work Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional overtime for upgrades or special projects
