The Role

As Client Facing Technical Support Representative, you will be the visible advocate of SM-Technical Operations and the CIO organization for Kyndryl Poland.

Your role will be to deliver the best on site white glove service experience by providing technical and operational support to our internal clients. The core delivery method is based on great client interaction delivering an excellent client experience. You will be the champion of CIO Technical Operations, be versed in CIO Technical Operations offerings for CIO and Kyndryl . Your role will see you coordinating between the on-site and off-site technical team, and providing overarching interlock to those teams.

 
It is expected that you will work with multiple stakeholders, including the Chiefs of staff and executive support teams, utilizing your natural enthusiasm, positive "can-do" attitude and strong customer facing skills to build connections and trust with Kyndryls.

 

You will be able to lead discussions on technical topics, and apply a great customer led delivery style with your technical and client facing skills. Coaching and mentoring our teams and our Kyndryl employees to ensure a more proactive, self-learn attitude towards our working environment. This role will be delivered around the globe and you will be able to team with like-minded professional engineers, to deliver a positive and consistent experience for all Kyndryls.

 

Core responsibilities:

Manage multiple Kyndryl stakeholders

Constantly deliver with excellence with key focus on the white glove client experience

Develop and recommend approaches to address current problems and issues

Work with senior management/support teams to identify and resolve technical problems as they arise

Anticipate future problems and issues and communicate effective mitigation plans

Ability to translate technical issues into action, and experience issues into a client understandable language

Become an the go to expert for Kyndryls

Build CIO support relationships to encompass secondary support to enhance your support options

Keep yourself updated with new technologies and offerings from CIO Workplace Experience


The role requires strong customer facing/handling skills with a positive & servant leadership service attitude in all communications.

Also, Polish language proficiency in mandatory.

Required Skills and Experience

Graduate / Diploma in Electronics or Computer Science

Polish language proficiency in mandatory

Proficiency in spoken & written English is a prerequisite

Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems

Support help desk knowledge

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Customer support knowledge

Active listener with flexibility to modify approach and adapt to customer needs


Preferred Skills and Experience

Graduate / Diploma in Electronics or Computer Science with preferred IT certification viz. Microsoft Azure Fundamental/Microsoft EndPoint Administrator/RHCE/CCNA/ITIL.

Experience working with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems

Troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise

Support help desk experience

Customer support experience

Experience modifying approaches and adapting to customer needs
