We are seeking this role to provide technical assistance to field teams and support the lifecycle of elevator, escalator, and building door products. This role combines hands-on technical knowledge with digital tools and data management to drive efficiency, ensure material data quality, and deliver high-quality spare technical solutions across global operations.
1.What will you be doing?Provide spares technical support to service technicians/frontlines.Recommend material replacements and validate technical dataSupport frontlines in material identification based on products.RFQ processes, supplier suggestions, and quality improvementsManage engineering change requests and coordinate with R&D.To generate new ideas for process developmentsEnhance automation through tools like MS Excel Macros, Power BI, SQL, and RPA2.Required Skills:Strong knowledge of SAP, PDM/PLM systems, and BOM interpretationFamiliarity with elevator, escalator and building door productsProficiency in O365, SharePoint, and engineering drawing toolsEffective communication in English and ability to work independentlyUnderstanding of supply chain, material, and master data processes.3.Preferred Skills:Design skills using Creo, AutoCAD, or ProgeCADProcess automation tools: MS Excel Macros, SQL, Power BI, RPAInstallation and commissioning field experienceAdobe tools and experience in digital documentation.4.Are you the one?BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering10 years of relevant experience in technical support and product lifecycle managementDetail-oriented, innovative, and proactive in solving technical challengesComfortable working in a virtual, cross-functional global team environmentSelf-starter with a drive to improve processes and support field operations
