Technical Support Representative- Accops

Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment **Your role and responsibilities** * Provide L1/L2 support for Accops technologies (HySecure, HyWorks, HyID, HyLite). * Perform installation, configuration, and upgrade of Accops components across environments. * Troubleshoot issues related to VPN access, virtual applications, desktop delivery, and authentication. * Manage and monitor user access, policies, SSL certificates, and gateway configurations. * Handle incident management, change management, and problem resolution in line with ITIL processes. * Work with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and certificate services integrated with Accops. * Coordinate with server, network, and application teams for cross-platform troubleshooting. * Maintain documentation for configuration, procedures, and known issues (KEDB). * Support patch management and vulnerability mitigation related to Accops infrastructure. * Engage with the Accops OEM/vendor support for escalated issues and version upgrades. * Generate periodic reports and dashboards for system availability, user activity, and incident trends. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Knowledge of SSL, certificates, DNS, and firewall rules. * Familiarity with VPN and multi-factor authentication (MFA) concepts. * Basic understanding of PowerShell or scripting for automation or log analysis. * Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. * Strong communication and coordination abilities. * Ready to work in 24*7 shift IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
