Technical Support SpecialistAbout the Role
Join a dynamic call center team where you'll provide first-class technical support across multiple channels—calls, emails, and chat. You'll troubleshoot issues, report bugs, and help customers navigate a range of software, hardware, and cloud-based solutions.
Required Qualifications
+ 3+ years of technical support experience in software, hardware, web-based solutions, or e-commerce platforms
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficient with Windows OS, mobile devices, and cloud-based tools
+ Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
+ Skilled in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
+ Fluency in multiple languages
+ Passion for helping people and solving problems
+ Self-driven and able to work independently
+ Experience in firearms environments
+ Ability to explain technical concepts to clients with varying IT knowledge
Nice-to-Have Skills
+ Familiarity with Law Enforcement
+ Networking knowledge
+ Excellent customer service
+ Tech-savvy and adaptable
Job Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various products and platforms
+ Build and maintain subject matter expertise on company offerings
+ Assist customers via calls, emails, and chat (60% calls, 40% cases/emails/chat)
+ Report bugs and trends to stakeholders for continuous improvement
+ Deliver empathetic, accurate, and timely support
Performance Metrics
+ Service levels: response time, documentation, attention to detail
+ Call auditing: quality, empathy, accuracy
+ Productivity: number of calls/cases, call duration, CSAT, QA scores
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
