**Introduction**
This job role requires the candidate to be able to understand Service Management framework.
**Your role and responsibilities**
You will be responsible for ensuring stable IT operations by managing incidents, problems, changes, SLAs, monitoring, and continuous service improvement, ensuring high availability and customer satisfaction.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Candidate should have a working knowledge of Database technologies, Working knowledge of Linux and basic knowledge of service management framework.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
ITIl education of certification
