This role focuses on maintaining the day - to - day operations of IT systems, resolving user issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's technology infrastructure **Required technical and professional expertise** * Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. * Familiarity with common business applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Knowledge of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
