A Day in the Life

In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to provide essential support during surgical procedures, ensuring smooth operations and optimal patient outcomes. You will assist senior colleagues in maintaining effective communication with surgeons and healthcare professionals, contributing to strong professional relationships.

Internship details:

Start date: April/May 2026Duration: 12 monthsLocation: LisbonWork model: on-siteWorking time: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Support the organization and scheduling of surgeries using internal toolsMaintain a good understanding of all products to assist in accurate surgical support and proper bookingAssist senior colleagues during training sessions for surgeons and nurses on the use of Medtronic medical devicesProvide logistical and organizational support during congresses and training courses

Required knowledge:

Recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or another related fieldFluent in English and PortugueseGood knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) with an ability to analyze and present data effectivelyDriving licenseGood communication skills

Would be a plus:

Ability to work in an organized mannerAbility to work with minimal supervisionCommercial mindset with an interest in sales, marketing, and customer relationship managementSpanish language
