What’s in it for you:

Installs, configures, modifies, and repairs products, equipment, and systems that have been purchased by the organization's customers.

Troubleshoots, investigates, and resolves standard technical problems that arise during start-up.

Responds to routine enquiries from customers about the technical aspects of the organization's products and services.


What you will do:

This role plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing service support on products and services.Has limited impact on own work team Carries out tasks/activities according to  assignment and set guidelines.Receives regular instruction, guidance and direction.Resolve routine problems that are addressed through prior experience, requiring some discretion and judgement.Limited or no decision is made.

 What you will bring:

Receives regular instruction, guidance and direction.Addresses fairly routine problems through prior experience or education.Develop skills and knowledge of the organization's products and services by working closely with a more experienced engineer or as the junior member of an engineering team.Entry level professional with broad theoretical knowledge,0-3 years experiences with university degree.Develop skills and knowledge of the organization's products and services by working closely with a more experienced engineer or as the junior member of an engineering team.
