Job Title: Technical Support Representative (Hybrid)
Location: Lowell, MI | Tulsa, OK | Menomonee Falls, WI | Stuart, FL
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Contract Duration: Through December 2025
Core Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
About the Role
Join the world’s largest recreational marine business as a Technical Support Representative. In this hybrid role, you will be the voice of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service and technical support for our consumer product lines. You’ll help customers troubleshoot issues, understand product features, and navigate warranty processes—all while contributing to a positive and efficient call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide technical support via phone and email to ensure a positive customer experience.
+ Answer product-related questions including features, benefits, installation, sizing, and compatibility.
+ Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical tools.
+ Document customer interactions and resolutions in the call center system.
+ Assist in the development of FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
+ Review and contribute to manuals, technical bulletins, and marketing content for accuracy.
+ Support customers through product repair and replacement programs.
Required Qualifications
+ Must be able to work hybrid (3 days onsite) from one of the following locations: Lowell, MI; Menomonee Falls, WI; Tulsa, OK; or Stuart, FL.
+ 1–2 years of experience in Marine or RV electronics OR
+ ASE A6 Electrical/Electronic Systems Certification OR
+ MEI – Marine Electronics Installer Certification.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems (e.g., ERP).
+ Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and manuals.
+ Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
+ Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
