CBRE GWS delivers consistent, measurably superior outcomes for our clients at every stage of the lifecycle, and across industries and geographies. **What You’ll Do:** As a CBRE Soft Services Supervisor, you will: Act as a liaison with technical business leaders, facilities managers, and internal/external clients to forecast workload demand and the work that needs to be completed. Manage, plan, coordinate, schedule, and supervise the workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the support team to ensure effective service delivery. Prioritize and lead vendor meetings, ensuring clear communication and accountability. Oversee vendor management and performance, holding vendors accountable to service standards and contract terms. Conduct regular safety and operational inspections to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Maintain site cleanliness and hospitality standards, promoting a welcoming and professional environment. Resolve conflicting priorities in collaboration with business leaders. Apply advanced knowledge to improve processes and achieve departmental goals. Coach team members to develop expertise and uphold CBRE RISE values. Influence collaborators and contribute to cross-functional objectives and operational plans. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma or equivalent experience, GED, or trade school diploma with 5–8 years of proven experience.
