The general supervisor's training and experience must be in the designated discipline or area of service for which the individual is responsible. Four years of laboratory experience required. **Additional Requirements:** Must have demonstrated leadership, communication (oral and written) and problem-solving ability. Must be highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently. Requires human relations skills to influence and motivate others.
