**CBRE Job Description**
**Job title: M & E Supervisor**
**Work Location: Charing Cross Hospital**
**Division/Department: Estate**
**Reports to: M&E Manager**
**n** **Full-time**
**Time: 40hrs weekly. (8am to 5pm) Days**
**Monday to Friday**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Daily monitoring of the critical plant via the BMS (1 st thing in the morning either at head-end or on mobile)
+ Support/investigate any hard to fix jobs that have been escalated by the mechanical team
+ Carry out any reactive jobs as required on the mechanical plant/systems
+ Manage and monitor PPM completions via the Power Bi dashboards
+ Manage and monitor reactive job completions against SLA’s via the Power Bi dashboards
+ Be part of the ‘On-call’ rota
+ Manage the shift engineers efficiently and effectively, including any 1-2-1 meeting or investigations)
+ Carry out any ‘return to work’ meetings with the engineers following sickness absence
+ Always Work safely and efficiently
+ Always be polite and respectful in-line with the CBRE RISE values
+ Always communicate effectively
+ Carry out tasks or instructions as required by your line manager or senior CBRE management
+ Don’t be afraid to be honest!
**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:**
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
· NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical installation
· Must have GCSE or equivalent.
· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
· Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
**Physical Requirements:**
· Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently safely and successfully with the health and safety.
· Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the CBRE Standards
· Must be able to lift and carry materials and tools related to the task.
· Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.
