The Role

As Technical Superintendent, you will be responsible for the safe, compliant, and cost-efficient technical management of assigned vessels, with a primary focus on DSV (Diving Support Vessels) and OSVs (Offshore Support Vessels).

Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily technical operations of offshore vessels, ensuring full compliance with flag, class, and company standards. Managing maintenance schedules, drydockings, and repair projects to safeguard asset reliability and performance. Preparing and monitoring budgets, ensuring cost-effective technical operations. Providing technical advice and support to vessel crews and shore-based management. Liaising with stakeholders including clients, vendors, shipyards, and classification societies. Driving continual improvement in safety, performance, and operational efficiency. The Person

We are seeking a driven maritime professional with:
Chief Engineer (Class 1 CoC) or strong seagoing background on offshore vessels. Proven experience managing DSVs and OSVs in a superintendent capacity. Strong knowledge of classification, flag, and statutory regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships.
