The focus for a Technical Specialist is to work with support and on-board services. Purpose of this position is to provide third line technical- and application support and to train the sales channel Lifecycle Services Team on Marine Level products. Since our customers are located around the world, it is important you like to travel, sometimes with short notice.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Conduct product lifecycle training for Service Engineers and System Operators
+ Perform marine field tests of new products
+ Evaluate technical aspects on off standard orders and customer projects
+ Start up and commissioning of new released products
+ Supervise personnel during installation onboard, at ship yard or on ship in operation
+ Support Sales Channel with sales of Upgrades, onboard Service Jobs, Overhauls, Re-Verification and Commissioning
+ Develop after market offers and distribute the customer offers to our Sales Channel Marine Solutions
+ Participate in development, quality and sales related projects
**Who You Are:**
You a person who likes problem solving and providing high level support. You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse collaborators. You help customers solve their problems by building trust with good relationships, high competence and by always having the customers in focus.
**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ University degree in technology or equivalent education
+ Teaching ability and experience, presentation skills
+ Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish
+ Drivers licence class B

+ Ability to understand technical architecture and to solve technical problems
+ Ability to build trust and take responsibility
+ Experience from the Marine industry

We are located in Mölnlycke Företagspark, just outside of Gothenburg. We offer the possibility of working from home one day per week.
