Lead a team which provides first line contact for troubleshooting problems with 3D TRASAR and Nalco Water proprietary equipment.Work with a cross-functional groups of stakeholders, including sales, marketing, engineering, IT, R&D and product development, to drive maximum customer value and experience.Be a key input for voice of customer, providing feedback to Manager so features and capabilities can be prioritized in the product deploymentPartners with appropriate teams to ensure implementation of equipment is rolled out to support digital and equipment offerings.Use analytical skills to determine problems and recommend/makecorrections
Diagnosis and troubleshooting issues and problems on Ecolab Food & Beverage proprietary equipment.Provide guidance to Agents who provide live phone support to field representatives on standard equipment and e-catalog products referencing specifications, product literature, and pricing.Track phone calls and emailed support tickets using ticket tracking systemProvide technical guidance to product marketers, R&D, and commercialization teams in assigned technology areas.Support team vision, goals, and metricsPosition Details:

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $75,800-$113,800. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
