It is a high volume and high impact department that is a critical part of a smooth onboarding journey of our clients. The associate shall be able to work in a highly collaborative manner with branch support teams and technology teams to understand areas of challenge and be ready to provide solutions and action them. The ability to interpret and understand other more complex documentation is critical, as it is the ability to identify, address and escalate account documentation deficiencies. The position requires the interpretation of time-sensitive information and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to strict controls. The associate must demonstrate a deep understanding of applicable rules, regulations, systems, operation of these controls; as well as the ability to identify inherent and emerging risks and their impact on the business-area functions with recommendations to mitigate. They will lead and/or serve as a subject matter expert on medium sized business area projects or initiatives. Direct or manage one or more systems to deliver new technology or system upgrades through gathering requirements, developing and executing system tests, providing readiness sign-off and supporting all aspects of implementation. In addition, ensuring timely escalation of issues that would create significant risk to the project or initiative deliverables, or present risk to the firm or client, is critical to the role. The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate. **Hiring Minimum:** $59400 **Hiring Maximum:** $97900 Read More About Job Overview **Skills/Requirements** **Position Requirements** + High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. + 3-5 years of experience in financial services or a related field required. Familiarity with industry and business‑area‑specific regulations must be achieved within six months. + Strong knowledge of complex systems and operational system interdependencies. + In‑depth product knowledge may be required depending on the business area. + Ability to identify process‑improvement opportunities, define business requirements, develop and execute test scripts, and support implementation with an understanding of upstream and downstream impacts. + Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex details to senior leaders, branches, vendors, and other external parties. + Excellent time‑management and organizational skills with the ability to manage a moderate to heavy workload across multiple responsibilities. + Strong analytical abilities, including intermediate proficiency with complex spreadsheets and formulas, Hyperion queries (Power BI?), report creation and analysis, and use of internet and external research resources. + Understanding of supervisory controls and procedures and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, database tools, and query tools such as Hyperion, Power and WebFocus to identify trends and support compliance investigations. + Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to meet deadlines while working independently or remotely. + Availability outside normal business hours may be required depending on business needs. + Ability to make independent, subjective decisions on complex or high‑impact issues in short timeframes and communicate key decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
