Validates and documents operational changes using the test life cycle process (TLCP). Provides direction for operational workflow and serves as an expert resource for the work unit. In histopathology or non-testing laboratories, a bachelor's degree with laboratory certification if applicable. Two years of relevant laboratory experience required. A HEW certificate may be substituted for the specified degree. Experience with operation and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments and assays. Capable of performing under time constraints, multi-tasking, and working in a fast-paced and changing environment. Demonstrates self-motivation, attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work independently.
