Technical Specialist

Document Control Specialist – Supports engineering and manufacturing teams by maintaining controlled documents, records, and change management within a QMS environment.

Job Requirements:

Experience in manufacturing, engineering administration, or technical documentation.

Familiarity with QMS platforms and document control best practices.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with engineering and manufacturing teams to manage controlled documents and records.

Experience with CAD drawings and basic 2D/3D modeling concepts.

Experience supporting audits or compliance activities related to document control and QMS.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain controlled documents, records, and revisions within the Quality Management System (QMS).

Process engineering change requests, change orders, and related documentation according to established procedures.

Manage document workflows, approvals, and distribution to ensure current revisions are available to production and engineering.

Support creation, formatting, and updating of technical documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

Coordinate storage and archiving of superseded documents in compliance with document control policies.

Interface with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to ensure documentation accurately reflects current processes and product configurations.



Pay Details: $32.00 to $40.00 per hour
