Must be local to the Greater Seattle Area to be considered. About the role: + 100% onsite in Seattle, WA + Compensation $47/hr + Must have tech sourcing experience to be considered + 12 month contract to start with potential for extension/conversion Job Description Join an innovative team tasked with driving the rapid growth of Security by recruiting top technical talent. As a Technical Sourcing Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring Software Development Engineers, Security Engineers, and Technical Program Managers, among other technical roles. This position demands a process-oriented, data-driven professional who thrives in high-growth environments. Responsibilities + Lead hiring efforts by developing effective sourcing and assessment strategies. + Build and maintain a network of passive candidates, ensuring ongoing relationship management. + Screen and assess candidates to determine job fit, anticipating hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios. + Recommend strategies to improve team and company performance in alignment with organizational goals. + Manage client relationships and provide advisory support to hiring managers and interview teams. + Drive and assess pipeline volume and velocity, ensuring recruitment goals are met. + Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives. + Execute sourcing and performance goals within the team framework. + Adhere to internal company processes and service level agreements related to recruitment. + Manage job postings, ensuring positions remain current and active within recruiting systems. + Ensure consistent messaging and protect data integrity during the recruitment process. Required Skills + 4-5+ years of technical sourcing experience + Bachelors degree + Proven experience in candidate generation for technical roles. + Strong ability to prioritize and close searches within set timelines. + Skilled in hitting benchmarks, metrics, and customer service level agreements. + Ability to thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments. + Experience working with a team of recruiters, sourcers, and recruiting coordinators. + Process improvement and strategy development expertise.
