We are actively hiring a Sourcing Recruiter to support a large, fast‑paced technology organization. This role is 100% onsite in Boston, MA. You would support highly specialized Robotics and Generative AI engineering hiring. This is a sourcing‑focused role, ideal for a recruiter who enjoys working on niche, hard‑to‑fill technical positions. In this role, you will partner closely with a senior recruiting lead to build targeted talent pipelines and deliver qualified candidates for specialized engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead proactive sourcing efforts for Robotics and Generative AI engineering rolesIdentify and engage niche technical talent using creative and strategic sourcing approachesBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines for specialized skill setsPartner closely with recruiting leadership on high‑priority hiring needsSupport end‑to‑end recruiting activities with a strong emphasis on sourcing

Required Skills:

Prior experience in a sourcing‑heavy recruiting roleExposure to technical or engineering recruiting preferredStrong ability to source for niche and specialized profilesDetail‑oriented with strong candidate engagement skillsAbility to work 100% onsite in Boston, MAJob Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.
