If you love technology, using data to influence decisions and flexing your creativity to find the best of the best talent, then this role is for you!As a Technical Sourcer, you will be tasked with setting strategy to attract critical skills, specialized one-of-a-kind and diversity talent. This role requires a hands-on player in for the implementation of sourcing strategies, including using technology and events to shepherd candidates into the ATS and CRM. You will use your project management skills to delegate tasks and assess progress to goal as a primary sourcing point of contact to the TA Attraction leadership team. **Responsibilities:** + Partnering with and actively building collaborative relationships with recruiters, TA leaders, HR partners, and sourcing teammates. + Using data insight to create sourcing strategies for niche skills, diversity, and critical skills; collaborating with peers and junior teammates to implement your sourcing strategies. + Reporting on metrics of sourcing activities for assigned skillset area, including pre/post event KPI and ROI analysis. + Influence and education business and HR leaders through data; acting as Talent Attraction’s trusted coach and guide. + Actively building diverse and qualified salaried pipeline to fill openings (Career Fairs, LinkedIn, ATS prospects, Github, Google, social media, etc.) + Creating outstanding experiences for candidates and internal partners by personalizing interactions and maintaining integrity & timely responses. + Leading skill-based Sourcing Jams for your team to share ideas, lessons learned and align resources. **Qualifications:** + Minimum 3+ years of technical sourcing experience for Software Development Engineers, AI, ML, Data Scientists, Technical Program Managers, and Software Development Managers) directly from Top Tech companies including (Meta, Facebook, Alphabet, Google, Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Uber, or related Tech Startups like Waymo, OpenAi, etc.) + Undergraduate degree or 4 years equivalent experience + Experience with common sourcing tools and related TA tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Beamery, Seekout, HireEZ, Codility, HackerRank, Stack overflow, Githutb, HireRight, Glassdoor) + Ability to leverage raw data and build data stories that influence through data visualization and narrative story telling. + Experience using a CRM to pipeline talent, run send on behalf of campaigns etc. + Ability to establish relationships and build networks to accomplish goals. + Project management proficiencies; including time management, delegation, and progress reports. + Understanding of applicable employment law as required **Compensation:** The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate. + The salary range for this role is $80,100-$122,800.
