Technical Solutions Engineer (Fortinet)      

ABOUT THE ROLE  

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer (Fortinet) to join our Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) team in Kraków or Warsaw.
In this role, you will support the internal product team and business partners by delivering technical support for IT products.
 

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Technical support for the Arrow ECS product team in promoting IT solutions on the marketSupporting business partners in selecting appropriate solutions for end customers through email, phone, remote consultations, and on-site customer meetingsPromoting knowledge of products and technologies among partners and end customers (webinars, workshops, conferences)Technical support during PoC (Proof of Concept) activities and implementations at end customersContinuous updating of technical knowledge related to solutions within the Arrow ECS portfolioParticipation in technical trainings and certification processesCooperation with technical engineers from solution vendorsDelivering presentations and conducting technical trainings for Partners and Customers

WHO YOU ARE:

Higher technical education, preferably in IT or a related fieldKnowledge of IT infrastructure security, with an understanding of networking technologiesEnglish proficiency at B2/C1 level, both spoken and written, required for technical documentation and cooperation with international teamsKnowledge and experience confirmed by Fortinet certificationsExcellent communication, flexibility, and analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Valid category B driving license
