We will count on you to:
Work with stakeholders to define technical solutions that meet business needs, ensuring solutions are deliverable and supportable efficiently and predictably. This will lead to the delivery of a demo of the solution that can be used to support team enablement and assist in the sales process with prospects.
Be the driving force behind ensuring that end users, both internal and external, have the necessary assets to fully interact with our solution, unlocking its true potential. While you won't be responsible for creating these assets, you will act as the master coordinator, ensuring their timely delivery and impeccable quality.
Work closely with our Regional Solution Leaders to ensure that our Darwin offerings align seamlessly with current features and the future roadmap. Together, we will bring solutions to market at lightning speed, staying one step ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with the Regional Solution Leader to define the technical requirements for a functioning and representative demo site for any country-specific propositions.
Be instrumental in planning and prioritizing the configuration of Country Demos, Solution Demos, and readiness testing, in partnership with our Market Configuration Specialist. Your expertise will make you the go-to support for your colleagues, providing guidance and assistance every step of the way.
Contribute to the strategic development of our Template Requirements Document (TRD) and ways of working through automation. By working closely with our Configuration Engineering team, you will ensure that our TRD becomes smarter, more localized, and highly relevant to the markets and solutions they serve.
Manage and nurture our connections with Global Benefit Carriers and Market Specialists. From legislative changes to security and legal requirements, you will be the expert troubleshooter, ensuring smooth operations and seamless documentation.
Oversee the content within our TRD documentation, ensuring its high fidelity and supporting our consulting and configuration efforts. By documenting the requirements for highly complex and market-specific benefit behaviors, you will ensure that Darwin Evolve supports the unique needs of each market, aligning their behaviors and exceeding expectations.
What you need to have:
Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, understand user requirements, and translate them into concise documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Adaptability and resilience in dynamic organizational environments.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

Proficiency with Darwin systems, processes, and team structures, with the ability to identify gaps and propose improvements.
