To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com (https://www.cibc.com/en/about-cibc.html) **What you’ll be doing** In collaboration with the Product Manager, you will work with line of business partners to create the client journey from, evaluating communication channels, targeting requirements, offer constructs, and fulfillment rules. You will be responsible for identifying any technical requirements needed in order to successfully deliver on all business requirements, documenting and reviewing them with partners across Technology, Data Science, Digital Platforms, and QA. You will work with Tech Leads, Product Managers, Developers, and Solution Architects across the program to create an end-to-end Technical Solutions Roadmap for each new client journey. You will be the key point of contact for the development teams to ensure that any component builds are compatible with each other and the overall solution design. You will be responsible for all delivery-facing requirements, monitoring the development & launch of component builds in production, and integrating them into the overall end-to-end solution. In addition, you will be the owner of all client journey builds, managing the journey creation, tactic implementation, and data integration, leveraging platforms such as Adobe Journey Optimizer and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will plan & execute the Business Pilot for any net new client journeys, creating the test cases, coordinating the recruitment and communication plan for test users, and manage the launch of the Pilot build. You will work with users to collect feedback, monitor test case progression, and cascade any issues or feedback to the team. With the verification of a successful Pilot, as well as for any optimizations for established client journeys, you will act as the Journey Release Manager. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 2-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. **How you’ll succeed** + **Plan and Execute Omnichannel Marketing Campaigns:** You will develop and execute a digital campaign strategy utilizing learnings from past campaign performance, Digital Marketing best practices and data-driven insights. You will drive the best client experience using innovative tools and processes, while meeting business and sales targets. + **Lead a Cross Functional Team:** You will work closely with a cross functional team to plan, design, build and optimize marketing campaigns through to launch, with great attention to detail and transparency. + **Centralize Communication:** You will act as the voice of your team and will be accountable for sharing progress and status updates with partner teams and program executives. You will be responsible for communicating any upstream or downstream dependencies with stakeholders to ensure the team does not have/is not acting as a blocker for end-to-end delivery. + **Workback Schedule Planning:** You will create workback schedules for all upcoming initiatives, ensuring that task scheduling and resource management are efficiently planned. You will work with Scrum Masters and project managers of partner teams to integrate your timelines and develop a full end-to-end implementation plan showcasing all deliverables from journey design & ideation to activation & delivery. + **Maintain, Monitor & Optimize:** You will monitor all in-market client journeys and identify & escalate any issues that may impact client experience or business KPIs. You will analyze reports and dashboards to provide timely recommendations to improve overall performance for assigned initiatives based on pre-defined marketing KPIs, including in-market optimization. + **Build Relationships:** You will work closely and collaboratively with many different stakeholders across the program such as Marketing Communications, Frontline Technology, Marketing Data Science, Database Marketing, and Digital Platforms. + **Project Planning and Execution:** Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Coordinate project activities, tasks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution and delivery. + **Stakeholder Management:** Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate project updates, and manage expectations. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment and support for project objectives. + **Risk and Issue Management:** Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges and obstacles to keep projects on track and within scope. + **Quality Assurance:** Define and enforce quality standards for project deliverables, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Conduct quality reviews and inspections to validate the completeness and accuracy of project outputs. + **Documentation and Knowledge Management:** Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports. Establish a knowledge repository for lessons learned, best practices, and project artifacts to facilitate future projects.
