Reporting to the Head of Pet Specialty, this position provides a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of pets and their caregivers while advancing your career with a respected leader in the pet care industry. **A day in the Life…** + Lead training programs that provide veterinarians, their staff, pet retailers, and pet owners with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed. + Advocate for our brand by building relationships with key opinion leaders and universities. + Train our sales and marketing teams to effectively communicate the benefits of our products. + Support veterinarians and their teams with case management through our consumer engagement team. + Create informative materials that explain pet health issues and promote our products.   **What will make you successful:** ** ** + Qualified and registered to practice veterinary medicine in Australia. + Minimum of 3 years of veterinary practice experience and 2 years in a technical veterinary or commercial sales role. + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information. + Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. + Strong project management skills and a collaborative leadership style that drives team success. + High-level relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the Pet Specialty and Veterinary Channel.  _Full Australian working rights and applicants may be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role._ **Benefits** You will have the chance to work with an outstanding and highly engaged team, build and grow your career with an inclusive, global FMCG leader.
